ZENITVALO provides software and tools designed to spoof hardware identifiers (HWID) to bypass anti-cheat systems in games such as Valorant and others. Our Services are for personal use only and are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee compatibility or uninterrupted functionality with any particular system or game.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our Services legally and ethically. You assume all risks associated with using any spoofing software, including the risk of account suspension or ban from game publishers.
• You understand that using a HWID spoofer may violate the Terms of Service of the game(s) you play. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
• You must ensure your system meets the stated technical requirements before purchasing or using any ZENITVALO product.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software without explicit permission from ZENITVALO.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: Our accepted payment methods include PIX, Crypto, and PayPal (or others as listed on the Site). All payments must be made in full before access to the Services is granted.
• Refund Policy: We offer refunds under the conditions stated on our Site (for example, if the software fails to function within the first 24 hours of purchase and our support cannot resolve the issue). Refund requests must be made in accordance with our posted guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to software, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of ZENITVALO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for personal purposes only.
